Delivery Policy

At DKD LINKS, we offer free delivery within Accra and Tema. You also have the option to pick up your items from our warehouses located in these areas.

How Delivery Works:

  1. Order Confirmation: After placing your order, a member of our customer support team will contact you to confirm your order details and delivery preferences.
  2. Delivery Confirmation: On the day of delivery, our customer support officer will call you to confirm your availability at the provided address.
  3. Payment on Delivery: If you selected cash on delivery or card on delivery, you will make the payment when your purchase is delivered.

Please note that your availability at the confirmed address may affect the delivery time.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns:

You have 5 days from the date you received your item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be applied within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
